This is a very basic question regarding placing and hanging 3D lighted pictures but there are many of us who would like to know the exact procedure of doing so. Hanging these moving pictures is as easy as you hang any other framed picture and all it needs is screws and an electric socket. The 3D lighted moving pictures come bundled with decorating screws that can easily fix in the screw holes for the purpose of hanging the picture. The best way of hanging this picture is to use the two handles on the top of the picture as picture frame hangers. Then use the two decorative screws (in case the decorative screws weren’t part of the package, you can buy them at your local hardware store and they should be at least 3 inch long) into the wall. Now when you fix these screws make sure to leave at least an inch of the screws out the walls so that there is enough space for the picture frame to tug in. Now place the picture by the two hangers/handles on the edges of the screws.  After this plug the white cord dangling out of the picture in a nearby socket and switch it on to make the wall decor moving picture function.  If you want to completely hide the cord from view, then simply paint it in the same color as the wall.
